MORE than 500 fans queued in the rain to meet comedian Michael McIntyre at a book signing in Newcastle.
The 34-year-old stand-up was promoting his autobiography Life & Laughing and drew a bigger crowd at Waterstones yesterday than Katie Price did last year, with several fans being turned away.
